Refund Policy

1. Session Fees
All session fees must be paid in advance to confirm your booking.

2. No Refund After Session
Once the session has been completed, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.

3. Cancellation by Client
If you cancel 24 hours before the scheduled session, you may reschedule once without additional charges.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.

4. Rescheduling
You can reschedule your session one time at no cost, if informed at least 24 hours earlier.

Multiple reschedules may require a new booking.

5. Cancellation by the Coach / Platform
If we cancel the session due to unavoidable circumstances, you will be offered:

A rescheduled session, or

A full refund (if you prefer)

6. No-Show Policy
If the client does not attend the session without prior notice, the fee is non-refundable and the session cannot be rescheduled.

7. Courses, Packages, or Multi-Session Programs
Refunds are not provided once the program has started.

If the client chooses not to continue, unused sessions cannot be refunded, but may be rescheduled (based on availability).
